Brief:
To deliver an exclusive pre-awards drinks reception for over 200 guests, including industry execs, co-producers, and on-screen talent, hosted by Fremantle’s Production Family. The aim was to create a premium yet relaxed experience — subtly branded and creatively styled — that celebrated Fremantle’s values and offered an informal moment of thanks to partners and collaborators.
My Role:
I led on creative direction, full event planning and delivery, and managed stakeholder coordination across the board.
End Result:
Hosted at Timberyard, a characterful converted 19th-century warehouse and sustainability-forward venue, the event struck the perfect balance of elegance and ease. Locally sourced food and drinks curated in line with Fremantle’s sustainability goals and added to the distinctive guest experience — delivering both on brief and brand.
