Brief:
In partnership with Syco, Fremantle led the planning and delivery of a two-night VIP hospitality experience around The X-Factor Live Final, welcoming 1,600 guests. Held at London’s SSE Arena and Wembley Hilton, the objective was to encapsulate the glitz, drama, and spectacle of the show in an unforgettable experience for invited guests.
Sponsored by Just Eat, the event needed to strike a balance between high-impact entertainment and brand alignment, with immersive elements that celebrated the excitement of live television.
My Role:
As VP of Events at Fremantle, we led the creative direction, planning, and end-to-end execution of the event. We developed an outdoor food-festival concept that reflected the Just Eat brand, complete with live performances from finalists — including winner Dalton Harris — interactive backstage-inspired installations, and branded activation zones.
We also managed the VIP arena seating strategy, as well as registration and ticketing for all guests. This included the development of a bespoke microsite and dedicated VIP check-in area, ensuring a smooth and elevated arrival experience.
End Result:
Despite venue constraints and a tightly managed budget, we delivered a standout hospitality experience that exceeded stakeholder expectations. The event brought together seamless logistics, immersive brand storytelling, and top-tier entertainment — cementing The X-Factor’s live final as a truly unmissable moment for guests.
